We all know the benefits of drinking water, but here are some things you may not have thought or heard of:

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.

-Drinking 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs. It’s like an alarm clock!
-1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal helps digestion. It will also help fill you up so you don’t eat as much!
-1 glass of water before taking a bath/shower helps lower blood pressure. Can’t hurt right??
-1 glass of water before going to bed avoids the possibility of stroke or heart attack

Something to think about while you sip your water bottle! In the end, every little bit helps even if you are not a water drinker. Replacing at least one or two cups of water over a soda will help your body in more ways than you can imagine.
