Elaine Standohar is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. She studied Exercise Science at The University of Akron and is a certified personal trainer through The American Council on Exercise. In addition to her work at Atlantic Spine Clinic, she is also a published author on the subject of healthy eating & living.
Volunteering and giving back are two very important aspects of Elaine’s life. She donates blood to the Red Cross every 56 days and is only a few pints away from her 3 gallon milestone. In 2015 Elaine will be leading a team in Kauai on her second Habitat for Humanity mission trip. She's an avid runner and has an intense interest in health, fitness, and proper nutrition.
