Our Doctors

Dr. Richard M. Huston is the head physician at Atlantic Spine Clinic, and has been treating people right here in Charleston for over six years. Dr. Huston majored in premedical/biological studies at James Madison University before entering Sherman College of Chiropractic where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic with a license to practice physical rehabilitation.

Dr. Huston is also the sole Chiropractor appointed to the Charleston County School District Wellness Taskforce, which was formed in 2010 to oversee wellness initiatives for the 5000 employees of CCSD.  In addition, Dr. Huston is on the Health and Wellness Committee for St. James Elementary School, the board of NJWC of Charleston Against Domestic Violence, and the South Carolina Chiropractic Association.

In his time away from the office, Dr. Huston enjoys surfing on the Carolina coast (and abroad), running, and playing tennis.

Dr. Dominique R. Cassetori is a chiropractic physician at Atlantic Spine Clinic and has enjoyed treating patients in Charleston since she moved to the Lowcountry from Pennsylvania. Dr. Cassetori earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Univeristy of South Carolina Aiken before entering New York Chiropractic College where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic with license to practice therapeutic modalities and physical rehabilitation.
 
Dr. Cassetori represents Atlantic Spine Clinic at Pinckney Elementary School as part of the Charleston County School District Employee Wellness Initiative. In her time away from the office Dr. Cassetori plays tennis on competitive 4.5 and 9.5 USTA leagues, where she and her teams have won several state and sectional championship titles. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her Airedale Terrier.
